Lavande is located on the ground floor. The light blue lavender tonalities inspired the decoration of the gîte. It overlooks the old oak trees and a pergola covered in wisteria.
In the summer, it’s lovely and cool thanks to the thick stonewalls.
There are numerous spots for relaxing whether in the shade or in the sun.
We particularly recommend Lavande to visitors who are not restricted by school holiday dates or those looking for a longer break.

A large living room with an open plan kitchen.
• Kitchen with all amenities, including dishwasher, washing machine, oven, fridge and freezer, blender, coffee machine.

• Elevated sleeping area sectioned off behind curtains, with 2 single beds 80/200 (which can be turned into one double bed).
• Bedroom with 2 single beds, 90/200 (which can be turned into one big double bed), and mezzanine with 2 single beds, 90/200 (which can be turned into one big double bed) suitable for adults or teens.
• Bathroom with shower, 2 wash basins.
• Separate toilets.
• Central heating.
• 2 outdoor terraces with iron cast furniture and a barbecue.
Our place offers exactly what you need to relax: quiet and nature which are essential to regenerate body and mind.
Lavande is a very comfortable apartment, well heated during the winter.
It is particularly suited to persons travelling alone, couples or small families looking for a longer break off outside peak season (from November to March).

Rates for two nights:
• 190€/210 € (2 nights).
• From September 15th until May 15th: 3rd night offered.
Housekeeping at the end of stay :
• 60€ automatically charged.
Extra information:
• The apartments should be left tidy and bins emptied on departure.
• Smoking is not permitted inside.
• Internet is only available by plugging in a modem cable, for health reasons (so don’t forget your PC modem cable).
Rental period and rates :
• minimum rental time: two consecutive weeks during peak season (from July 20th until August 16th). All other times: one week.
• Bed sheets & duvet covers can be provided for an extra €12 per single bed and €20 per double bed.
• Shower towels (2 small and 2 large) : 12€
Pets :
• Our pets friends are welcome.
• Additional charge : 18€ for 1 pet by stay : to compensate repairs and additionnal cleaning.
• Thank you for planning a blanket or a basket for them (during the stay).
• Pets are not allowed to go on beds, blankets, sofa.
Heating :
• Additional charge of €8 a day.
Payment options :
• 50% downpayment upon reservation.
• The remainder and additional service fees will be charged, and payment is due 4 weeks prior to you stay during the high season (from June to September) and 2 weeks before your arrival, the rest of the year.
• Only the euro currency is accepted.
A security deposit of €100 is required upon arrival at the desk.It will be returned to you upon departure.
Changeover day :
• Arrival on Saturdays, 5.30 PM.
• Departure on Saturdays, before 10 AM.
