Ground floor :

First floor :

• Bedroom with 2 single beds 90/200 (which can be turned into a big double bed).

• Two armchairs, books, radio CD player.

• Balcony with a beautiful view of the river and the valley.

• a terrace with chairs and table, barbecue and deck chairs.

• a washing-machine, about 50 meters away.

Rates for two nights :

• 190€ / 210€ (2 nights).
• 3rd night offered from September 15th until May 15th.

Housekeeping at the end of stay :

• Supplementary charge (automatically charged): 50€

For more information :

• The apartments should be left tidy and bins emptied on departure.

• Smoking is not permitted inside the buildings.

Rental period and rates :

• minimum rental time during peak season : one week.
• Bed sheets & duvet covers can be provided for an extra €12per single bed and €20 per double bed.
• Shower towels (2 small and 2 large) : 12€

Heating :

• additional charge: 5€ per day.

Pets :

• Our pets friends are welcome.

• Additional charge : 18 €  for 1 pet by stay :  to compensate repairs and additional cleaning.• Thank you for planning a blanket or a basket reserved for your them (during the stay).

• Pets are not allowed to go on beds, blankets, sofas.

Payment options :

• 50% downpayment upon reservation.
• The remainder and additional service fees will be charged, and payment is due 4 weeks prior to you stay during the high season (from June until September) and 2 weeks before your arrival, the rest of the year.

• Only the euro currency is accepted.

A security deposit of €100 is required upon arrival at the desk. It will be returned to you upon

changeover day :

• Arrival on Saturdays, 5.30 PM.
• Departure on Saturdays, before 10 AM.
