In summer the rooms are refreshingly cool thanks to the thick stonewalls.

Internet is available via cable, for health reasons.

The pergola is a great place to get away from the sun.

The gîte is ideal for couples or families with young children.

Description

• Kitchen with all amenities including dish washer, washing machine, oven, fridge, freezer, blender, coffee machine.
• Comfortable dining area.
• Sitting area.
• Elevated sleeping area separated off by some decorative curtains, with 2 single beds 80/200 (which can be turned into one big double bed).
• Bedroom separated by a curtain, with mezzanine for 2 people (2 single beds 90/200).
• Shower, 2 wash basins.
• Separate toilets.
• Central heating.
• 2 garden spaces (one of which has a pergola) with iron cast furniture and a barbecue.

From November to March

Our place offers exactly what you need to relax: quiet within a natural setting, essential to regenerate body and mind.

Romarin is a very comfortable flat, well heated during the winter.

We recommend it particularly for single people, couples or small families wanting a longer stay outside peak season (from November to March).

Dates & rates :

390€ per week 27/10/23 to 04/05/24
490€ per week 04/05/24 to 29/06/24

Rates for two nights :
• 190€ / 200€ (2 nights).

• 3rd night offered from September 15th until May 15th.

Housekeeping at the end of stay :
• 65€ automatically charged

Extra information :
• The apartments should be left tidy and bins emptied on departure.

• Smoking is not permitted inside.

• Internet is only available by plugging in a modem cable, for health reasons (so don’t forget your PC modem cable).

Rental period and rates :
• minimum rental time: two consecutive weeks during peak season (from July 20th until August 16th). All other times: one week.
• Bed sheets & duvet covers can be provided for an extra €12 per single bed and €20 per double bed.
• Shower towels (2 small and 2 large) : 12€

Pets :
• Our pets friends are welcome.

• Additional charge : 29€ for 1 pet by stay : to compensate repairs and additionnal cleaning.

• Thank you for planning a blanket or a basket for them (during the stay).

• Pets are not allowed to go on beds, blankets, sofa.

Heating :
• Additional charge of €8 a day.

Payment options :
• 50% downpayment upon reservation.
• The remainder and additional service fees will be charged, and payment is due 4 weeks prior to you stay during the high season (from June until September) and 2 weeks before your arrival, the rest of the year.

Only the euro currency is accepted.

A security deposit of €100 is required upon arrival at the desk. It will be returned to you upon departure.

Changeover day :
• Arrival on Saturdays, 5.30 PM.
• Departure on Saturdays, before 10 AM.
