In summer the rooms are refreshingly cool thanks to the thick stone walls.

This luminous and spacious flat has been decorated in a modern yet cosy style.

Internet is available via cable, for health reasons.

• Kitchen with all amenities including dish washer, washing machine, oven, fridge, freezer, blender, coffee machine.

• Comfortable sitting room, wood stove, sofa, radio and CD player.
• Central heating.
• Bathroom with bath, walk-in shower with pebbles from the river, 2 stone washbasins and toilets.
• Bedroom with 2 single beds 90/200 (which can be turned into one big double bed).
• Bedroom with 2 single beds 90/200 (which can be turned into one big double bed).
• 2 terraces (one of which has cast iron furniture and a barbecue).

his place is exactly what you need in order to relax: quiet and calm, set in the middle of the countryside, all the essentials in order to rejuvenate the body and mind.

Sauge is a very comfortable flat, which is well heated during the winter.

We recommend it particularly for couples or families looking for a longer break during the off peak season (from November to March).

Rates for two nights :
• 250€ (2 nights).

• 3rd night offered from September 15th until May 15th.

Housekeeping at the end of stay :
• 75€ automatically charged.

Extra information:
• The apartments should be left tidy and bins emptied on departure.

• Smoking is not permitted inside.

• Internet is only available by plugging in a modem cable, for health reasons (so don’t forget your PC modem cable).

Rental period and rates:
• Minimum rental time: two consecutive weeks during peak season (from July 20th until August 16th). All other times: one week.
• Bed sheets & duvet covers can be provided for an extra €12 per single bed and €20 per double bed.
• Shower towels (2 small and 2 large) : 12€

Pets :
• Our pets friends are welcome.

• Additional charge : 29 € for 1 pet by stay : to compensate repairs and additionnal cleaning.

• Thank you for planning a blanket or a basket for them (during the stay).

• Pets are not allowed to go on beds, blankets, sofa.

Heating :
• Additional charge of €8 a day.

Payment options :
• 50% downpayment upon reservation.
• The remainder and additional service fees will be charged, and payment is due 4 weeks prior to you stay during the high season (from June to September) and 2 weeks before your arrival, the rest of the year.
•Only the euro currency is accepted.

A security deposit of €100 is required upon arrival at the desk.It will be returned to you upon departure.

changeover day :
• Arrival on Saturdays, 5.30 PM.
• Departure on Saturdays, before 10 AM.
